Economics is a multidisciplinary subject and specially in social science and management, study of economics is very helpful to understand the economic behaviour and psychology of people and its use in business decision making. Its study enhances the knowledge on various scopes of economics like Microeconomics, Macroeconomics, Development economics, Financial Economics, Welfare Economics, International Economics, Managerial Economics, Mathematical Economics, Cost Benefit Analysis, Public Policy Analysis and more. Students can choose and specialize on the area of their interest if they want to pursue their higher study in economics.

Shyam Prasad Bhattarai is a Specialized educator and accomplished scholar in economics for different levels. He completed his master’s degree and M Phil from Tribhuvan University, where he persuades his excellent academic achievements through his own hard work and dedication as being guided by his thirst for enhancing the knowledge in the field of economics.

 

Education:

  • M. A. in Economics from Tribhuwan University (2008)
  • M Phil in Economics from Tribhuwan University (2012)
  • MBS from Tribhuwan University (2015)

 

Experiences:

  • 20 years of teaching experience
  • Worked as secondary level mathematics teacher for 5 years.
  • Working as A-Level Economics teacher since 2011
  • Working as faculty member for the subjects like Microeconomics, Macroeconomics, Managerial Economics, Business Environment, Research Methodology in different TU affiliated colleges since 2008
