The wonderful teaching aided by cutting-edge classroom technology, the delicious café food in the company of my dearest friends, and the daily futsal sessions my AS-Level juniors, life at GCI was the epitome of happening – and I wouldn't have had it any other way. I wanted my post-COVID experience to be colorful, and my two years at GCI certainly were. 

I owe it to my teachers and mentors for pushing me towards academic excellence, requesting that I become a reader of novels, and encouraging active participation in extracurricular activities. I am, by no means, the finished article, but whatever I am and aspire to be is due in large part to the GCI experience. And, for that, I will be eternally grateful. 

Global College International (GCI) was more than just a place of learning - it was the turning point of my academic journey. When I joined GCI for A-level, I was stepping into an ENTIRELY new education system. Not only did I come to Kathmandu alone for my higher studies, but I had also chosen the British curriculum, entirely different from my previous curriculum till grade 10. 

The transition wasn't easy, but GCI provided the perfect environment to adapt to this new environment and furthermore exploit it to gain as much knowledge as possible. The rigorous curriculum felt simple all thanks to the wonderful faculty who taught in the best way possible through their experience, and were always kind enough to help me when I struggled. The teachers were definitely amazing but the management by GCI was spectacular as well, since we were not only encouraged to do the provided work but also inspired us to further increase our home research. 

GCI didn't just prepare me for exams; it prepared me for life. The experience, the lessons, and the friendships I built here will stay with me forever. As I move forward in my academic and professional journey, I know that GCI has given me the foundation to dream big and achieve even bigger. Even if I had to relive my journey a hundred times over, I would choose GCI every single time - without hesitation, without regret, and with the same fire to excel.

It is not a stretch to claim that GCI has been pivotal in helping me discover myself, my abilities, and my place in the world. Had GCI not provided me with the mentorship that they did, I perhaps would have gotten lost in the rigour of A-levels myself. 

People often ask me how I was able to perform well enough to receive a learner's award from Cambridge themselves. And my answer is extremely simple; GCI allowed me to fall in love with the process of learning.

Because of their commitment to foster the best possible learning environment for their students, and to make sure that the faculty is the best in the game, studying never felt like a chore. The support that I have been provided with h as allowed me to reach my full potential, which is something I will forever be grateful for. I'm looking forward to having the privilege of being able to call myself a proud alumna of Global College International.

My two years’ journey being a GCI student has been one of my most beautiful journeys of life. My personality, ideas, thoughts grew exponentially in the sought direction. When at the end of the journey, I received the academic excellence award, I could not have been more in life. I was awash with the feeling towards Global College International for making the experience as an A Levels student most fulfilling one. From learning wide dimensional ideas of different fields of life like psychology, economics, sociology, to getting access and introspects one’s strength and weaknesses by participating in wide range of academic program like economic Olympiad, speech competition presentation programs and many more GCI provided us with life enriching opportunities. I am proud to say that I am a student of Global College International.

GCI is the perfect amalgamation of academics and extracurriculars. The teachers, of course, taught really well and their teaching styles made me more interested in their subject. All the seminars and competitions removed every bit of self-doubt I had in myself and boosted my confidence. The faculty is very supportive not only during the school years but also after the school ends. Frantic work like finding and applying to universities and preparing all of my documents has been made so much easier by GCI.

When I was searching for quality academics, the GCI A Levels program delivered more than I expected. Loneliness and the memory of family were never a complaint in the caring and inspiring environment of Global family. While playing games, organizing cultural shows, hiking up the hills, and actively looking for the course of my passion, I always found a passionate advisor, coordinator, and faculties to guide me. Our thoughts and ideas are always respected and logically denied, sometimes. There was never a place for dissatisfaction from GCI family regarding the academics or all round development of us. I believe that our strength is inspired and our weakness is neutralized with continuous support. The one: one mentorship, whenever required, helped me to enhance my ability as TAs, and to grab the place in Howard University. Even today as I continue to pursue undergrad, far from the classroom of GCI, I feel immensely supported with the intellectual and mental growth, which I developed during my two years period in A Levels. In fact, it is a lifelong relation which I made with.

My journey at Global College International began in the middle of a pandemic. Still new to the realm of online education, the learning curve for me was steep and, sometimes, treacherous. But when I look back now at where I started and how far I have come, I wouldn’t change a thing. I am extremely thankful to the GCI faculty for their impeccable teaching and constant support day in and day out to mould me into who I am today. Pursuing A Levels at GCI can definitely be challenging. The path to success is long and tiresome but oh-so gratifying. The unparalleled opportunities that open up to you during these two years and the years after can truly be lifechanging.
